Simple Step-by-Step Guide to Making Home-Made Turkey Gravy

INGREDIENTS


_  ¼ lb. • Grass-Fed Butter
_  ½ cup • Fine-Diced Carrots

_  ½ cup • Fine-Diced Celery
_  ½ cup • Fine-Diced White Onion
_  2 teaspoons • Ground Black Pepper
_  ½ tablespoon • Fine Sea Salt
_  4 • Sprigs Fresh Thyme
_  5 ounces • All-Purpose Flour
_  6 cups • Dundore & Heister Chicken Bone Broth


INSTRUCTIONS

In a 4 quart saucepan, melt ¼ lb. grass-fed butter

Add ½ cup each of fine-diced carrots, celery and white onion

03_

Add 2 teaspoons ground black pepper, ½ tablespoon fine sea salt and 4 sprigs fresh thyme

04_

Soften mixture while stirring over medium heat

05_

Add 5 ounces of all-purpose flour stirring for 2 minutes

06_

Add 6 cups (warmed) Dundore & heister Chicken Bone Broth

07_

Simmer slowly thickening, approximately 30 min. while turkey rests

08_

Slice turkey, serve with gravy
