Overview
Dundore & Heister specializes in perishable goods; standard returns are not feasible. Our policy aligns with industry norms for cold-shipped food products.
Eligibility for Claims
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if items are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect by providing:
• Order number
• Photos of packaging and product condition
• Brief description of the issue
Resolution Options
Within a reasonable timeframe, we will, at our discretion:
• Replace affected items at no charge.
• Issue Store Credit equal to the item value.
• Provide a Refund to the original payment method in exceptional circumstances.
Exclusions & Timeframes
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible. This timeframe reflects USDA-recommended guidelines for reporting perishable food issues.
