An Important Update for Our Loyalty Rewards Members

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

As Dundore & Heister continues its transition away from the retail phase of our business, we’ll be discontinuing our Loyalty Rewards Program.

If you currently have loyalty points, don’t worry—you still have time to use them. Existing points may be redeemed toward eligible online purchases from September 15, 2026 through November 14, 2026.

After November 14, 2026, the Loyalty Rewards Program will officially end and any remaining unused points will expire.

Dundore & Heister offers FREE Shipping on orders $150 and over. However, please note that if applied loyalty points reduce your qualifying order total below $150, then applicable shipping charges will be added to your order total at checkout.

As Dundore & Heister transitions away from the retail phase of our business, we have made the decision to discontinue the Dundore & Heister Loyalty Rewards Program.

We sincerely appreciate everyone who has participated in the program and have continued to support Dundore & Heister during our transition. To provide our Loyalty Rewards members with time to use their existing points, we are providing a final redemption period.

Existing loyalty points may be redeemed from September 15, 2026 through November 14, 2026.

Below are answers to common questions regarding the program's conclusion and how to use your remaining loyalty points.

Why is Dundore & Heister ending the Loyalty Rewards Program?

As Dundore & Heister evolves, we’re making changes to better align with where the future of D&H and Hex Provisions is headed. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to retire our Loyalty Points Program so we can focus on the products and customer experience that we’re excited to build for the future.

When does the Loyalty Rewards Program end?

The final day to redeem existing Dundore & Heister loyalty points is November 14, 2026 by 11:59pm.

Customers may redeem their existing points during the redemption period from September 15, 2026 through November 14, 2026.

After the redemption period ends, the Loyalty Rewards Program will be discontinued and any remaining unused points will expire.

Can I still earn loyalty points?

No. Beginning September 15, 2026, customers will no longer earn new loyalty points on purchases or other qualifying activities.

Any points accumulated in your account prior to September 15 will remain available for redemption during the final redemption period through November 14, 2026.

What happens to the points I already have?

Your existing loyalty points will remain available during the redemption period.
You may redeem your points for available rewards from September 15 through November 14, 2026.

Any unused loyalty points remaining after the redemption period ends will expire when the Loyalty Rewards Program concludes.

How do I check how many loyalty points I have?

You can view your available loyalty point balance by logging into the loyalty program page, or by clicking the Blue Box in the lower right hand corner on the Dundore & Heister website or by logging into your account via the LOYALZOO app.
If you are having difficulty accessing your account or viewing your point balance, please contact us for assistance before the November 14 deadline.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

Loyalty points are redeemed through the Dundore & Heister website using our Loyalty Rewards system.

In the case where you have accumulated enough points to reach an available reward tier, you may redeem those points for a reward to use toward an eligible online purchase.

All loyalty point redemptions must be completed no later than November 14, 2026.

What are my loyalty points worth?

The existing Loyalty Rewards redemption tiers will remain available during the final redemption period:

200 points — $5 reward
600 points — $15 reward
1,000 points — $25 reward
1,400 points — $35 reward
2,000 points — $50 reward
2,600 points — $65 reward
3,400 points — $85 reward
4,000 points — $100 reward
5,000 points — $125 reward
10,000 points — $250 reward

Can I redeem more than one loyalty reward?

Yes! If you have enough points to qualify for more than one available reward, you may redeem your points for multiple rewards.

For example, a customer with 7,000 points could redeem:

5,000 points for a $125 reward
+ 2,000 points for a $50 reward
= $175 in loyalty rewards

Do Loyalty Points affect Free Shipping?

Yes. Dundore & Heister currently offers free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is based on your order total AFTER loyalty rewards and other applicable discounts have been deducted.

If applying your loyalty reward reduces your qualifying order total below $150, applicable cold-shipping charges will be added at checkout. 

If you would like to redeem your loyalty rewards while still qualifying for free shipping, please make sure your qualifying order total remains at or above $150 after your loyalty rewards and other applicable discounts are applied.

Why am I being charged shipping when my original cart was more than $150?

Free-shipping eligibility is determined using your qualifying order total after loyalty rewards and applicable discounts have been deducted.

For example, if your merchandise subtotal is $200 and you apply a $65 loyalty reward, your resulting qualifying order total is $135.

Because $135 is below the $150 free-shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be added at checkout.

What if I have a large number of loyalty points?

Customers with larger point balances may redeem their points according to the available reward tiers during the final redemption period.

Because larger balances may require multiple reward redemptions, we strongly encourage customers with significant point balances to begin redeeming their rewards well before the November 14, 2026 deadline.

What if I have unused points remaining that don't add up to the lowest reward tier?

The lowest available loyalty reward is $5 for 200 points.

If, after redeeming your available rewards, your remaining point balance is fewer than 200 points, those remaining points do not meet the minimum point requirement for an additional reward.

For example, if you have 2,150 points, you may redeem 2,000 points for a $50 reward, but the remaining 150 points do not meet the 200-point minimum required for another reward.

Because customers will no longer earn additional loyalty points beginning September 15, 2026, additional points cannot be accumulated during the final redemption period to reach another reward tier.

Any points that do not meet the minimum redemption threshold and remain unused at the conclusion of the Loyalty Rewards Program will expire after November 14, 2026.

Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prorated into a partial reward.

Can I exchange my loyalty points or rewards for cash?

No. Loyalty points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Can I transfer my loyalty points to another customer?

No. Loyalty accounts are intended for individual customers and points cannot be transferred between customer accounts.

Can I use my loyalty rewards for an online purchase?

Yes. Existing loyalty points may be redeemed for available rewards toward eligible purchases made through our online store during the final redemption period.

The final redemption deadline is November 14, 2026.

Can I use my loyalty points at the former Dundore & Heister retail store?

No. Our Wyomissing retail store is no longer open for retail shopping or local pickup.

Loyalty rewards may be redeemed through our online store during the final redemption period.

What happens if I don't use my loyalty points by November 14?

Any unused loyalty points remaining after the redemption period ends on November 14, 2026 will expire when the Dundore & Heister Loyalty Rewards Program concludes and will no longer be available for redemption.

We strongly encourage customers to redeem their available points well before the deadline.

What if I have trouble redeeming my loyalty points or using my reward?

Please contact us as soon as possible rather than waiting until the final day of the redemption period.

What if I have trouble applying multiple loyalty rewards to my order?

If you have redeemed multiple loyalty rewards and experience difficulty applying your eligible reward codes at checkout, please contact us for assistance before completing your order.

We strongly recommend contacting us well before the November 14 deadline so our team has adequate time to assist you.

What happens if I place an order close to the deadline?

To avoid issues with your rewards, we strongly recommend redeeming your points and completing your eligible online purchase well before November 14, 2026.

If you experience a technical problem with your loyalty account or reward, please contact us promptly for assistance.

I never received an email announcing that the Loyalty Rewards Program was ending. Can I still redeem my points?

Yes, provided the final redemption period is still open.

Existing loyalty points may be redeemed through November 14, 2026.
