Today, Kristen, local Classical Pilates Instructor, Certified Nutrition Coach, and D&H Customer, is sharing her healthy picks for dinner this week!

Kristen’s Picks for Dinner:
- Bavette is a great steak choice because it is lower in fat and high in protein. It has great flavor alone, so it only needs some salt and pepper for seasoning. 

- Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Calabrian Chili are a great vegetable with numerous health benefits to add to any meal.  I chose these because they are rich in fiber which can help you feel more full after your meal, especially when paired with protein.  They are also full of antioxidants such as Vitamin C, which are great to help boost your immunity this winter.

- Potatoes add a great starch to any meal. They are lower in calories and high in fiber which can help promote the feeling of fullness.  These can easily be roasted with a little oil in the oven and finished with a minimal amount of sauce or seasoning for a great pairing to any meal.
