2 - 6 oz. Filet Mignons (uncooked) with Peppercorn Cream Sauce
2 - Portions of Saffron Potatoes Gratin

Enjoy two center-cut pasture-raised filets, uncooked to prepare to your liking. The filets will come uncooked to prepare to your liking. We recommend grilling or searing/roasting the filets to 125-130 degree internal temp. Your sides will be perfectly seasoned and partially cooked… just enough to make you look like the master chef. Meal pairing includes a potato gratin made with thin-sliced yukon gold potatoes baked in a saffron-cream sauce and lightly-blanched lemon garlic asparagus finished with sea salt, and cracked pepper.
