Enjoy a 3 lb. uncooked D&H Brisket that is well-marbled, expertly-trimmed, and ready to cook! Served with D&H House-made Potato Kugel, Applesauce, Chive Crème Fraîche, Fennel & Citrus Salad, and Blistered Brussels Sprouts.
The meal will almost be complete, all you need to supply is the pan, 3 hours cooking time, and 4 festive friends.
